• Optimum Nutrition Micronised Creatine 247.5g — creatine monohydrate for consistent strength-training routines. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with 3g of creatine daily.
• Puresport Electrolyte 30 Sachets — 30 individual electrolyte drink sachets. A portable option to mix with water around exercise, particularly for sessions involving substantial sweating.

How to plan your routine

Use Iso-XP to top up protein when needed, mix electrolytes according to the sachet directions and reserve ABE for appropriate training sessions. Follow every product’s label rather than taking all products together automatically.

ABE already contains creatine, so account for this when planning the separate creatine serving. Check overlapping vitamin D and mineral amounts across the multivitamin, magnesium + D3 and electrolyte products. Also count caffeine from coffee, energy drinks and other supplements.

Flavours and bundle pricing

Choose your Iso-XP, creatine, electrolyte and ABE flavours from the available options. Iso-XP Vanilla and ABE Candy Ice Blast are included in the starting price. Other Iso-XP flavours add £16.04; other ABE flavours add £5. Each selected combination remains cheaper than buying its included products separately.
