UK delivery

We sell and deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Standard delivery costs £5.99 (1–5 working days), with free standard delivery on orders of £80 or more after discounts. Express delivery costs £12.99 for next working day delivery when you order by 12pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery charges and available services are shown at checkout before payment. We do not currently accept delivery orders outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery options

  • Standard delivery – £5.99: 1–5 working days. Free standard delivery on orders of £80 or more after discounts.
  • Express delivery – £12.99: next working day if you order by 12pm (midday), Monday to Friday.

We dispatch Monday to Friday. Express orders placed by 12pm (midday) Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day and arrive the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next working day and arrive the working day after that: for example, orders placed after 12pm on Friday or at the weekend are dispatched on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.

A delivery date is guaranteed only where we expressly agree it as part of your order. Unless we agree otherwise, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. If delivery is late, contact us; you retain your legal rights to set an appropriate further deadline or end the contract where the law allows, including where an essential agreed delivery date is missed. We remain responsible for goods until you, or a person you nominate, take physical possession, except where you independently commission a carrier we did not offer. Contact us about lost, missing, incorrect or damaged deliveries. Courier problems do not remove your statutory rights.

Orders are prepared after payment clears. A dispatch notice includes tracking when available.
