SIS Isotonic Gels 30x60ml SIS GO Isotonic Energy Gels are easy-to-digest isotonic carbohydrate gels – each 60 ml gel gives 22 g of carbohydrate (87 kcal) with almost no sugar, and you do not need to drink water with them. 30 gels in Blackcurrant, Tropical, Pineapple, Apple, Orange or Lemon & Lime.
Because it is isotonic, the gel is absorbed quickly without needing extra water, so it is easier on the stomach than thicker gels. Each gel provides 22 g of carbohydrate from maltodextrin; 1–3 gels an hour give up to around 60 g of carbohydrate. Science in Sport products are certified under the Informed Sport programme, which tests for substances on the WADA Prohibited List.
