Description
SIS HYDRO 8x20 Tabs SIS GO Hydro is an effervescent electrolyte tablet that makes a 500 ml drink with about 0.87 g of salt (approx. 350 mg sodium), plus potassium, calcium and magnesium and B vitamins, for just 7 kcal. This pack contains 8 tubes of 20 tablets in Berry or Lemon.
Thiamin, riboflavin and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism (each tablet provides 18–30% NRV). Drinking GO Hydro before and during shorter sessions helps you start and stay hydrated without extra carbohydrate. Science in Sport products are certified under the Informed Sport programme, which tests for substances on the WADA Prohibited List.

How to use
Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water. Drink 500 ml 3–4 hours before an event and another 250–500 ml shortly before the start; during shorter sessions drink 500 ml an hour. Maximum 4 tablets a day.
