XTEND BCAA 441g XTEND BCAA is a sugar-free intra-workout drink powder with 7 g of branched-chain amino acids in the classic 2:1:1 ratio (3.5 g leucine, 1.75 g isoleucine, 1.75 g valine), plus 2.5 g of L-glutamine, L-citrulline and electrolytes, for only 6 kcal per serving. 441 g – about 30 servings in Strawberry Kiwi Splash, Knockout Fruit Punch, Mango Madness or Raspberry Pineapple.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
