Caffeine helps to increase alertness and improve concentration. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (2.5 µg = 100% NRV). Beta-alanine has no authorised health claim in the UK and is listed here for information; it may cause a harmless, temporary tingling of the skin.
