Warrior Zinc Magnesium and B6 60 Tabs Warrior Zinc, Magnesium & B6 is a one-a-day tablet with 626 mg of magnesium oxide, 50 mg of zinc gluconate and 1.7 mg of vitamin B6, designed to be taken before bed.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal muscle function; zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis, the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood; and vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Made in the UK. 60 tablets.

How to use
Take 1 tablet a day on an empty stomach 30–60 minutes before bed. Avoid taking with dairy or calcium-containing foods or supplements.
