Warrior Rage 392g Rage is a high-stimulant pre-workout with 300 mg of caffeine, 2.56 g of creatine gluconate, 1.5 g of beta-alanine, 1.5 g of 8:1:1 BCAAs, citrulline malate, arginine AAKG, taurine, sodium bicarbonate and vitamins C and B6 in every 8.7 g serving.

Caffeine contributes to increased alertness and improved concentration, and vitamin B6 and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The amino acids and creatine gluconate here have no authorised health claims at this dose and are described neutrally. Made in the UK in a GMP-certified facility. The 392 g tub gives 45 servings.

How to use

Mix 1 serving (8.7 g, 1.5 scoops) with 250 ml of cold water and drink 30–40 minutes before intense training. Start with a smaller amount to assess your tolerance.

Good to know

High caffeine content (300 mg per serving): not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women; do not take more than one serving a day or combine with other caffeine sources, and avoid within 6 hours of bedtime. The 25 mg of vitamin B6 per serving is well above the 10 mg a day the UK Food Standards Agency advises not to exceed from supplements and the 12 mg a day EFSA upper level; long-term intake at this level may cause numbness or tingling. Charged Cherry and Brutal Bubblegum contain E129 (Allura Red), which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Do not use if you have high or low blood pressure, a heart, liver, kidney or thyroid condition, a seizure disorder, diabetes or a psychiatric condition.
