Warrior Core BCAA 2:1:1 60 Tabs Core BCAA 2:1:1 gives 2000 mg of instantised branched-chain amino acids – 1000 mg leucine, 500 mg isoleucine and 500 mg valine – plus vitamin B6 in two vegan capsules.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. BCAAs have no authorised health claims in the UK and are described neutrally. Note: the brand supplies this as capsules (not tablets). 60 capsules give 30 servings.
