Vitargo Post Protein 1000g Chocolate Vitargo POST + Protein Chocolate is a recovery shake combining fast-mixing Vitargo® carbohydrate with whey protein in a 2:1 ratio – 57 g of carbohydrate and 28 g of protein per 100 g, with just 1.5 g of sugars. 1 kg pouch – about 10 servings of 100 g.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. The beneficial effect is obtained with consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg of body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise. Vitargo® is a patented, high-molecular-weight carbohydrate made from waxy maize starch, developed in Sweden and used by endurance and strength athletes worldwide. It has a very low osmolality, so it mixes into a light, non-sticky drink.

How to use
