USN 3XT Dynamite 375g is a 375 g tub of USN 3XT Dynamite, an all-in-one pre-workout with 250 mg of natural caffeine, 4 g of citrulline malate, 3.4 g of creatine monohydrate and 2 g of beta-alanine per serving.
Choline and taurine are added for focus, with vitamins B3 and B12. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (with a daily intake of 3 g), and niacin and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
