Description

TWP P.R.E (Performance Ready Everyday) is the all-in-one pre-workout from TWP's RAW range. It combines pump, performance and energy ingredients in a single 12.5 g serving.

  • 4,000 mg L-citrulline malate, 3,500 mg creatine monohydrate and 3,200 mg beta-alanine
  • 1,000 mg N-acetyl L-tyrosine
  • 200 mg caffeine anhydrous plus 200 mg EnXtra (Alpinia galanga)
  • Niacin (vitamin B3) and BioPerine
  • 30 servings per tub

How to use

Mix one 12.5 g serving with water before training. Contains 200 mg caffeine per serving: not recommended for children, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not combine with other caffeine sources.
