Trained By JP Peak Hydration 180 Caps is an electrolyte capsule with added performance ingredients: a six-capsule serving gives 500 mg each of potassium, sodium and calcium, 100 mg of magnesium, 1000 mg of PeakO2 mushroom blend and 75 mg of elevATP.
Capsules mean no flavour, no mixing and nothing to carry but the pot. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, and calcium and magnesium contribute to electrolyte balance. PeakO2 is a blend of adaptogenic mushrooms, and elevATP is a patented performance ingredient.
