Trained By JP Oh-Mega V 180 Softgels is a plant-based omega 3-6-9 supplement made from high-quality flaxseed oil, giving 3000 mg of flaxseed oil in every three-softgel serving.
Each serving provides 1650 mg of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA, omega-3), 300 mg of linoleic acid (omega-6) and 450 mg of oleic acid (omega-9). ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (with a daily intake of 2 g). The softgels use tapioca rather than gelatine, so they are suitable for vegans.
