Trained By JP Magnesium 120 Caps gives 1000 mg of buffered magnesium bisglycinate, providing 250 mg of elemental magnesium, in each hyper-absorption capsule.
Bisglycinate is a well-absorbed, gentle form of magnesium. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function, normal psychological function and electrolyte balance. Take one to three capsules spread through the day, either on its own or alongside Unwind during busier periods.
