The Formula HYDRATE Science Backed Electrolytes 180g The Formula HYDRATE is a sugar-free electrolyte drink in Kiwi Raspberry or Tropical Burst flavour. Each 6 g serving gives 800 mg of sodium, 1520 mg of chloride, 300 mg of potassium, 100 mg of magnesium, 50 mg of calcium, 20 mg of phosphorus and 50 µg of iodine, plus 1 g of taurine – for just 1 kcal. 180 g tub – 30 servings.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Chloride contributes to normal digestion by production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Iodine contributes to normal cognitive function and normal thyroid function. Sweetened with stevia, with no sugar.
