The Formula DREAMZ Sleep Aid 90 Veg Caps The Formula DREAMZ is a melatonin-free night-time formula in vegetable capsules. A full serving of 3 capsules gives 200 mg each of L-theanine, magnesium (as bisglycinate), lemon balm, 5-HTP and passion flower, plus valerian root, chamomile, 10 mg of zinc and 10 mg of vitamin B6. 90 capsules – 30 full servings (45 at 2 capsules).
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function. Lemon balm, passion flower, valerian and chamomile are traditional evening botanicals, and L-theanine and 5-HTP are amino-acid ingredients; these have no authorised health claims in the UK and are described for information only. Free from melatonin. Vegan capsules.

How to use
Take 1 capsule with water 30 minutes before bed. Once you know your tolerance you may increase to 2, and to a maximum of 3 capsules a day.
