SWOLE Lifestyle MAYHEM Pre Workout 450g SWOLE Lifestyle MAYHEM is a high-stimulant pre-workout. Each 15 g scoop gives 6 g of citrulline malate 2:1, 3 g of beta-alanine, 2.5 g of betaine, 500 mg each of taurine, L-tyrosine and lion's mane, 350 mg of caffeine, 250 mg of juniper berry extract, niacin and vitamin B6. Available in Tropical or Blue Raspberry. 450 g tub – 30 servings.
MAYHEM is designed to be taken before training by experienced stimulant users. Niacin and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Citrulline, beta-alanine, betaine, taurine, tyrosine, lion's mane and juniper berry have no authorised health claims in the UK and are described here for information only. Each scoop has only 7 kcal and 0.13 g of sugars; sweetened with sucralose.

How to use
Mix 1 scoop (15 g) with 250–300 ml of water and drink 15–20 minutes before training. First-time users should try half a scoop to assess tolerance. Use no more than one scoop in 24 hours.
