Description
Strom Sports ZMAX 90 Caps ZMAX is Strom Sports' take on the classic ZMA formula, combining two forms of magnesium, OptiZinc® zinc and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) in a 2-capsule night-time serving.
Zinc contributes to normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal protein synthesis; magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function; and vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Like any ZMA product it is best taken before bed, and it pairs with SupportMAX Neuro for an evening routine. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. 90 capsules give 45 servings.

Good to know
Magnesium supplements may cause mild stomach upset or diarrhoea in sensitive people. If the zinc figure were elemental, it would be far above safe levels; check the label and do not take with other zinc supplements. Not for under-18s or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Speak to your doctor before use if you have a medical condition or take any medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
