Description
Strom Sports P-5-P 120 Caps Strom RAW P-5-P provides 150 mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5′-phosphate, the active form of vitamin B6, in each vegan capsule.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Please note that this is a very high dose: 150 mg is 15 times the 10 mg a day the UK Food Standards Agency advises not to exceed from supplements (see warnings). Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. 120 capsules.

Good to know
Each capsule gives 150 mg of vitamin B6, far above the 10 mg a day UK FSA guidance and the 12 mg a day EFSA upper level. Long-term intake at this level may cause numbness and tingling (peripheral neuropathy): use only under medical supervision and stop if you notice these symptoms. Not for under-18s or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Speak to your doctor before use if you have a medical condition or take any medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
