Sport Asylum Maniac 360g Sport Asylum Maniac is a stimulant pre-workout with 300 mg of caffeine per 12 g scoop, plus betaine (3 g), beta-alanine (2.5 g), citrulline malate, L-theanine, Bacopa monnieri, walnut (Juglans) fruit extract, konjac glucomannan, L-norvaline, Nandina extract, AstraGin® and vitamins B6, B12 and niacin. 360 g – 30 servings in Cherry Cola, Blueberry Popsicle or Jelly Babies.
Caffeine helps to increase alertness and improve concentration. Niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. How to use
Mix 1 scoop (12 g) with 200–300 ml of cold water 15–30 minutes before training. Assess tolerance with half a scoop. Maximum 1 scoop a day; not close to bedtime.

HIGH CAFFEINE: 300 mg per scoop. VITAMIN B6 50 mg per scoop is five times the UK advised maximum of 10 mg a day and above the EFSA upper level (12 mg) – long-term use may cause nerve damage; do not use daily long term or with other B6 products. Contains Nandina extract, a plant source of higenamine – higenamine is on the WADA Prohibited List, so this product is NOT suitable for tested athletes. Contains walnut. Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women or people sensitive to caffeine; do not exceed 400 mg caffeine a day from all sources. Beta-alanine may cause harmless skin tingling. Not suitable for under-18s or pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you take medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
