SIS (Science In Sport) Powder Beta Recovery 1.5kg Salted Caramel SIS BETA Recovery is a recovery drink powder combining whey protein with a maltodextrin–fructose carbohydrate blend and the probiotic culture BC30 (Bacillus coagulans GBI-30). Each 100 g serving gives 30 g of protein and 56 g of carbohydrate. 1.5 kg – 15 servings, Salted Caramel.
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Carbohydrate contributes to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive or long-lasting exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores (the beneficial effect is obtained with 4 g of carbohydrate per kg of body weight from all sources within 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after exercise). BC30 has no authorised health claim and is listed for information. Science in Sport products are certified under the Informed Sport programme, which tests for substances on the WADA Prohibited List.

How to use
