RYSE Loaded Pre 420g RYSE Loaded Pre is a high-stimulant US pre-workout with 4.5 g L-citrulline, 3.5 g beta-alanine, about 390 mg of caffeine (fast and delayed-release), theobromine, L-theanine and choline per 14 g scoop. 420 g, 30 servings in Sour Green Apple, Country Time Lemonade, Sour Blue Raz, Bazooka Classic Grape or Strawberry Squeeze.
A full-dose formula aimed at experienced, caffeine-tolerant adults. L-citrulline, beta-alanine, theobromine, L-theanine, choline and vincamine have no authorised health claims and are listed as ingredients only. Caffeine content is very high – read the warnings before buying.

How to use
Mix 1 scoop with 300–350 ml of water and drink 15–30 minutes before training. Never more than one scoop in 24 hours; start with half a scoop to assess tolerance.

Good to know
High caffeine content: about 390 mg of caffeine per scoop (300 mg caffeine anhydrous plus about 90 mg from 120 mg ZumXR delayed-release microspheres), with 100 mg theobromine. This is close to the 400 mg EFSA considers safe for a healthy adult across a whole day, so do not take with any other caffeine (coffee, energy drinks, other pre-workouts). Not recommended for children, under-18s, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. Beta-alanine can cause a harmless tingling feeling. Contains vincamine (as Thinkamine) – an alkaloid used as a medicine in some countries; speak to your doctor before use, particularly if you take medication or have a heart or blood-pressure condition. One serving per day maximum. Do not exceed the stated dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
