Reflex Nutrition Zinc Matrix 100 Caps Zinc Matrix is a night-time mineral formula that gives 375 mg of magnesium, 30 mg of zinc, 10.5 mg of vitamin B6, copper and boron in four capsules taken before bed.
Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis, normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood; magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal muscle function; vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity; and copper contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. 100 capsules give 25 days.

Good to know
The daily dose gives 30 mg of zinc, above the 25 mg a day upper level for adults set by EFSA and the UK Expert Group on Vitamins and Minerals; do not take with other zinc-containing supplements and do not use long term without advice. The supplemental magnesium in a daily dose is above the 250 mg a day upper level set by EFSA for magnesium from supplements, and may have a laxative effect. The 10.5 mg of vitamin B6 is just above the 10 mg a day the UK Food Standards Agency advises not to exceed from supplements. Not intended for anyone under 18. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
