Reflex Nutrition Zinc & Magnesium 100 Caps Zinc & Magnesium is a vegan capsule formula that gives 470 mg of magnesium, 30 mg of zinc and 10.5 mg of vitamin B6 in a daily dose of four capsules.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, electrolyte balance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis and normal macronutrient metabolism; and vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal function of the immune system. 100 vegan capsules give 25 days.

Good to know
The daily dose gives 30 mg of zinc, above the 25 mg a day upper level for adults set by EFSA and the UK Expert Group on Vitamins and Minerals; do not take with other zinc-containing supplements and do not use long term without advice. The 470 mg of magnesium is well above the 250 mg a day upper level set by EFSA for magnesium from supplements, and may have a laxative effect. The 10.5 mg of vitamin B6 is just above the 10 mg a day the UK Food Standards Agency advises not to exceed from supplements. Not intended for anyone under 18. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
