Reflex Nutrition Vitamin D3 100 Caps Vitamin D3 gives 50 µg (2000 IU) of cholecalciferol – the same form your skin makes from sunlight – in one capsule a day.
In the UK, sunlight is too weak to make vitamin D for much of the year. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function, and the normal function of the immune system. 100 capsules give over three months.
