Reflex Nutrition The Muscle Bomb - CAFFEINE FREE 400g Sherbet Lemon The Muscle Bomb® Caffeine Free is the stimulant-free version of Reflex's pre-workout in Sherbet Lemon flavour, with 9 g of citrulline malate, 2.5 g of beta-alanine, 2.5 g of betaine, tyrosine and taurine plus vitamins B6 and B12 per 20 g serve.
It suits evening training or anyone avoiding caffeine. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and at the full 20 g serve magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. Citrulline, beta-alanine, betaine, tyrosine and taurine have no authorised health claims in the UK and are described neutrally. The 400 g tub gives 20 full or 40 standard servings.

How to use
Mix 10 g (1 level scoop) in 200 ml or 20 g (2 level scoops) in 400 ml of cold water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not take more than 20 g a day.
