Reflex Nutrition Supergreens & Gut Support 90 Veg Caps Supergreens & Gut Support combines 1500 mg of chicory root fibre, a 33-ingredient fruit, vegetable and herb concentrate, vitamin C and three live cultures – LactoSpore® Bacillus coagulans plus Lactobacillus acidophilus and rhamnosus – in three vegan capsules a day.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and chloride contributes to normal digestion through the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. The plant extracts, fibre and live cultures have no authorised health claims in the UK and are described neutrally. 90 capsules give 30 servings.
