Reflex Nutrition Krill Oil 90 Caps Krill Oil gives 500 mg of Antarctic krill oil per soft gel, with 210 mg of phospholipids, 120 mg of omega-3 fatty acids (60 mg EPA, 32 mg DHA) and 150 µg of naturally occurring astaxanthin.
The krill is caught with low environmental impact and the oil is extracted and encapsulated in soft gels. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, but this benefit is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA; the brand's maximum dose of 2 capsules gives 184 mg, so this claim does not apply at the recommended dose. A bottle holds 90 capsules.
