Reflex Nutrition Growth Matrix 1.8kg Growth Matrix is a post-workout recovery shake that combines highly hydrolysed whey protein (30% degree of hydrolysis) with fast-digesting carbohydrate, 7 g of L-leucine, 3 g of Creapure® creatine, peptide-bonded glutamine and vitamin B6 in each 105 g serving.
Hydrolysed whey is partly broken down by enzymes so it digests quickly. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass; carbohydrate contributes to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive and/or long-lasting exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores; and creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (the benefit is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g). The 1.89 kg tub gives 18 servings.

How to use
Mix 105 g (about three level 60 ml scoops) with 450 ml of water or skimmed milk and drink straight after your workout. One serving a day. Weigh for accuracy, as the scoop measures volume.
