Reflex Nutrition EAA 500g EAA is an intra-workout drink that gives 16 g of all nine essential amino acids per 25 g serving, including 6.3 g of L-leucine, plus magnesium, vitamin B6 and BioPerine® black pepper extract.
Essential amino acids are the protein building blocks your body cannot make, so they must come from food. Sip a serving through your session. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Each serving has 94 kcal and under 0.5 g of sugar. Made by Reflex in Brighton. The 500 g tub gives 20 servings.

How to use
