Reflex Nutrition Creapure Caps 90 Caps Creatine Capsules (Creapure®) give 700 mg of German-made Creapure® creatine monohydrate in each capsule, for an easy no-mix way to take your daily creatine.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise; the benefit is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g. The brand dose of 6 capsules gives 4.2 g. Each tub holds 90 capsules (45 servings of 2 capsules; 15 days at 6 a day).
