Description
Refined Nutrition UltraPack 30 Packs is a once-a-day vitamin and mineral pack for athletes and active people. Each of the 30 sachets holds ten capsules and tablets: a multivitamin, vitamin C, vitamin B12, vitamin D3 with K2, iron, biotin with zinc and selenium, magnesium 3-in-1, turmeric, sea moss and an omega-3 softgel.
It is designed to take the guesswork out of a full supplement routine. Vitamin C, B12, B6, iron and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function, and vitamin C, D, B12, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

How to use
Take the contents of 1 sachet a day with water and a meal. Do not take other supplements containing vitamin D, zinc or iron at the same time.

Allergens
Contains fish (omega-3 softgel). The omega-3 softgel uses a bovine gelatine shell, so the pack is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Halal. Recipes can vary by flavour and may change, so always check the label on your pack.
Good to know
One sachet provides 152.5 µg of vitamin D and 28.75 mg of zinc, both above the adult daily upper levels (100 µg and 25 mg), so it is not intended for long-term use without advice from a health professional. Contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Not suitable for children. Vitamin K can affect blood-thinning medication. Speak to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take any medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
