Refined Nutrition Ultra Zinc 3-in-1 365 Tabs provides 25 mg of zinc per tablet from three forms (zinc picolinate, zinc bisglycinate and zinc citrate), plus 2 mg of copper to keep the two minerals in balance. The tub holds 365 tablets.
Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, nails and vision, to normal macronutrient metabolism, to normal fertility and reproduction, to normal DNA synthesis and to normal cognitive function. Copper is added because long-term zinc intake can affect copper status.
