Refined Nutrition Ultra Omega 60 Caps is a halal fish oil supplement in softgel capsules. A two-softgel serving gives 2,000 mg of fish oil providing 360 mg of EPA and 240 mg of DHA, and the tub holds 60 softgels (30 servings).
EPA and DHA are omega-3 fatty acids found in oily fish. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA, which one serving provides. The capsule shell is made from halal bovine gelatine.
