Refined Nutrition Ultra Hydration 300g is an electrolyte and vitamin drink mix built around 3 g of taurine, 1 g of coconut water powder and 1 g of betaine per serving, with calcium, magnesium, potassium and Himalayan salt plus B vitamins and vitamin C. The 300 g tub makes 30 servings.
