Refined Nutrition Ultra Hair, Skin & Nails 180 Tabs is a high-strength formula of biotin, zinc and selenium. A two-tablet serving provides 12,000 µg of biotin, 5 mg of zinc and 60 µg of selenium, and the tub holds 180 tablets (90 servings).
Biotin, zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair, and biotin and zinc also contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. Zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal nails, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the normal function of the immune system.
