Description
RDX Gym Single Strap Plus are padded cotton lifting straps that wrap around the bar to take the strain off your grip, so you can keep pulling when your hands would otherwise give out.
A Grip Flex wrist pad adds traction between your hand and the bar, and the elastic and cotton blend absorbs sweat to keep your grip dry. Ideal for deadlifts, rows, shrugs and pull-downs.
