RDX Gym Arm Blaster Black

RDX Gym Arm Blaster Black is an RDX arm blaster that keeps your elbows fixed during curls so your biceps do the work, not your shoulders or back.

RDX arm blasters use a rigid plate with neoprene neck and elbow pads and a perforated design for airflow, shaped to keep your arms isolated during the lift.

• Perforated for breathability
• Adjustable neck strap
• About 23 x 4 x 4 in; 1 kg

How to use

Hang the strap around your neck, rest your upper arms against the plate and curl with strict form.
