Description
Puresport Energy Gel 12 Softgels Puresport Energy Gel is a vegan pectin-based gel with 30 g of carbohydrate (maltodextrin and fructose) plus magnesium, potassium and calcium in each 41 g gel. Box of 12 in Orange, Unflavoured or Berry.
Designed for runs and rides of 60 minutes or longer. Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise (applies to suitably formulated products consumed during exercise).

How to use
For sessions of 60 minutes or more, take 1 gel every 30 minutes (e.g. one at 30 minutes in a 60-minute run). Practise with gels in training before race day.
