PhD Nutrition Powder Pre Wkt Charge 300g PhD Charge Pre-Workout is a sugar-free, all-in-one pre-workout with 200 mg of caffeine, 3 g of creatine monohydrate, 3 g of BCAAs, 2 g of beta-alanine, arginine, tyrosine, taurine, citrulline and L-theanine per scoop. 300 g in Blue Gummy Bear or Sherbet Lemon.

Caffeine helps to increase alertness and improve concentration. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (with 3 g a day, which one scoop provides).

Beta-alanine may cause a harmless tingle. The amino acids are included as ingredients; no authorised claims apply to them.
