Description
Per4m Sleep 120 Caps is an evening formula to help you wind down. Each four-capsule serving combines 700 mg of L-tryptophan, 600 mg of KSM-66® ashwagandha, 300 mg of L-theanine and 150 mg of 5-HTP with magnesium, zinc, vitamin B6, tart cherry and valerian root extracts.
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function, zinc contributes to normal cognitive function, and vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. This pot holds 120 capsules, or 30 servings.
