Per4m Omega-3 90 Softgels is a concentrated fish oil supplement. Each softgel gives 1000 mg of omega-3 fish oil with 500 mg of EPA and 250 mg of DHA, and this pot holds 90 softgels.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA), and DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision (with 250 mg of DHA a day). One softgel a day covers both.
