Per4m Energy Pre Workout Shot 12x100ml is a box of 12 ready-to-drink 100 ml pre-workout shots, so there is no powder, shaker or mixing involved. Each bottle gives 350 mg of caffeine, 3.2 g of beta-alanine and 2 g of glycerol, with niacin and vitamin B12.
Each bottle holds two servings, so you can drink half for a lighter lift or the whole shot for the full dose. Niacin and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
