Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Pre-Workout Shot 60ml is a ready-to-drink 60 ml pre-workout shot. Each bottle gives 175 mg of caffeine from natural sources, 2 g of citrulline, 1.5 g of beta-alanine and PerforMelon® Boost watermelon extract, with vitamins B6 and B12. Choose from Cola, Lemon & Lime and Mixed Berry.
There is nothing to mix: drink it straight from the bottle about an hour before training. Caffeine helps increase alertness and concentration, and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
