Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein 1816g Chocolate Supreme is slow-digesting micellar casein protein. Each 33 g scoop gives 24 g of protein with very little fat and no added sugar, plus magnesium and zinc. This 1.82 kg tub gives about 55 servings.
