NXT Nutrition TNT Nuclear Shots 12x60ml is a 60 ml liquid pre-workout shot with 350 mg caffeine, 3 g beta-alanine, 3 g arginine AKG, 1 g citrulline malate, 1.5 g taurine, 750 mg N-acetyl L-tyrosine and 750 mg acetyl-L-carnitine per bottle. It has zero sugar, carbohydrate and fat.
Each bottle holds two 30 ml servings, so you can take half for a moderate dose or the whole bottle if you are an experienced caffeine user. The box contains 12 shots in a choice of seven flavours.

How to use
Drink half a bottle (30 ml) about 20 minutes before training. Experienced caffeine users can take the full bottle (60 ml). Do not exceed one bottle a day.
