Description
NutriSport Protein + Carbs 1.4kg is an all-in-one recovery shake that combines whey protein concentrate with maltodextrin, plus creatine monohydrate, creatine ethyl ester, glutamine peptides, arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, ZMA, vitamin D3 and vitamin B6. Each 100 g serving gives 44 g of protein and 42 g of carbohydrate.
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. Each serving also gives 3 g of creatine monohydrate; creatine increases physical performance in successive bouts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with 3 g a day). Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Made by NutriSport in its own UK factory in Wigan.

How to use
Add 4 scoops (100 g) to a pint of water and shake or blend. Take straight after exercise, or whenever your protein and carbohydrate intake is low. Not recommended before exercise.
