Description
NutriSport MRP Meal Replacer 2.5kg is a low-GI meal replacement shake with two proteins (cross-flow microfiltered whey protein isolate and micellar casein) and germinated wholegrain barley, plus a vitamin and mineral blend. Each 80 g serving gives 48 g of protein, 24 g of carbohydrate and 2.4 g of fibre.
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. The slow-digesting casein and barley make it a filling option when you are short of time. It should not be your only source of nutrition: eat at least one balanced meal a day. Made by NutriSport in its own UK factory in Wigan.

How to use
Add 3 heaped scoops (80 g) to a shaker, fill with water to 500 ml and shake well. Drink within 2 hours of mixing, or the same day if refrigerated.
