NutriSport Crossfit Pre Workout 700g is a carbohydrate-based pre-workout for cross-training in Summer Fruits flavour, with maltodextrin, hydrolysed whey, arginine AKG, citrulline malate, creatine ethyl ester, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, taurine, tyrosine, BCAAs, guarana, caffeine, bitter orange and B vitamins.
Each 33 g serving gives 30 g of carbohydrate to fuel your session. Made by NutriSport in its own UK factory in Wigan.

How to use
Add 1 level scoop (33 g) to 500 ml of cold water and shake. Take 15–30 minutes before training. Start with half a serving to assess tolerance. Do not take more than 1 serving in 24 hours.
